Rental Details

• Booking lead time: We recommend reserving at least one week in advance. Availability is first-come, first-served, especially during peak event season (May–October).
• Rental period: Pickup the day before your event, return the day after. Extended rentals available on request.
• Setup service: Optional professional setup available — add to your order at checkout. Recommended for the 10×20, which is best installed by two or more people.
• Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
• Delivery & pickup: Local delivery and pickup available — contact us for a quote. Will-call pickup is free.
• Weather policy: Canopies are designed for standard outdoor use. Setup in high winds, storms, or severe weather is not recommended — please secure or take down the canopy if conditions deteriorate during your event.
• Damage policy: Normal event wear is included. Bent frames, tears, lost stakes/weights, or damage from improper securing are billed at replacement cost.
• Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
