Rental Details

• Booking lead time: We recommend reserving at least one week in advance. Color availability is first-come, first-served, especially during peak event season (May–October).
• Rental period: Pickup the day before your event, return the day after. Extended rentals available on request.
• Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
• Delivery & pickup: Local delivery and pickup available — contact us for a quote. Will-call pickup is free.
• Return condition: Napkins can be returned soiled — no need to launder before return. We handle all cleaning.
• Damage policy: Normal event wear and food stains are included. Tears, burns, wax, or permanent stains beyond cleaning are billed at replacement cost.
• Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
