Rental Details
Booking lead time: We recommend reserving at least one week in advance. Color availability is first-come, first-served, especially during peak wedding season (May–October).
Rental period: Pickup the day before your event, return the day after. Extended rentals available on request.
Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
Delivery & pickup: Local delivery and pickup available — contact us for a quote. Will-call pickup is free.
Set up service: Optional professional installation available — add to your order at checkout.
Damage policy: Normal event wear is included. Lost or damaged beyond-cleaning sashes are billed at replacement cost.
Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
