Each arch is hand-assembled with a mix of balloon sizes and finishes — matte, chrome, and confetti — for a full, dimensional look that photographs well from any angle.

Color palette is fully customizable to match your event theme. Common combinations include black and gold, navy and silver, black/white/gold, and pastel blends, but any palette can be built to order.

Rental Details

• Booking lead time: We recommend reserving at least 1 week in advance to ensure we can source your specific colors. Larger or highly custom palettes may need additional lead time.
• Color selection: Submit your preferred colors at checkout or message us with your event theme — we'll confirm the palette before assembly.
• Setup & breakdown: Professional installation is included. Our team delivers, builds on-site, and returns after your event to break down.
• Event duration: Arches are designed to look their best for the day of your event. Outdoor setups in extreme heat or direct sun may show faster wear.
• Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return of any frame or hardware.
• Damage policy: Balloons are single-use and included in the rental. Lost or damaged frames and hardware are billed at replacement cost.
• Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits non-refundable within 7 days of the event since balloons are sourced in advance.
