Package Details
Booking lead time: These events book well in advance — reserve 4–8 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May–October). The throne chair is high-demand; early booking is strongly recommended.
Setup service: Optional professional setup and breakdown. Recommended for the throne and backdrop.
Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
Delivery & pickup: Local delivery available — contact us for a quote. Will-call pickup is free, though the throne requires a large vehicle.
Damage policy: Normal event wear is included. Lost or damaged-beyond-cleaning items are billed at replacement cost.
Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
