Package Details

• Booking lead time: NYE is a single high-demand weekend — reserve 3–4 weeks in advance. Availability is extremely limited and first-come, first-served.
• Setup service: Optional professional setup and breakdown, recommended for the arch and backdrop.
• Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
• Delivery & pickup: Local delivery available — contact us for a quote. Will-call pickup is free.
• Damage policy: Normal event wear is included. Lost or damaged-beyond-cleaning items are billed at replacement cost.
• Cancellations: Because NYE inventory is committed to a single date, deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.
