Booking lead time: Reserve 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season. Availability is first-come, first-served.

Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
Delivery & pickup: Local delivery available — contact us for a quote. Will-call pickup is free.
Damage policy: Normal event wear is included. Lost or damaged-beyond-cleaning items are billed at replacement cost.
Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
