Package Details
Booking lead time: Graduation season is our busiest window — reserve at least 2–3 weeks in advance for May and June dates. Availability is first-come, first-served.
Setup service: Optional professional setup, recommended for the 10×20 canopy.
Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
Delivery & pickup: Local delivery available — contact us for a quote. Will-call pickup is free.
Weather policy: Canopy is designed for standard outdoor use. Secure or take down in high winds or storms.
Damage policy: Normal event wear is included. Lost or damaged-beyond-cleaning items are billed at replacement cost.
Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
