Package Details
Booking lead time: Reserve at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Color and theme availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Setup service: Optional professional setup, recommended for the arch and backdrop.
Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
Delivery & pickup: Local delivery available — contact us for a quote. Will-call pickup is free.
Damage policy: Normal event wear is included. Lost or damaged-beyond-cleaning items are billed at replacement cost.
Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
