Rental Details

• Booking lead time: We recommend reserving at least one week in advance. Color and size availability is first-come, first-served, especially during peak event season (May–October).
• Setup & breakdown: Professional installation is included. Our team delivers, sets up the frame and drape on-site, and returns after your event to break down.
• Rental period: Standard single-event rental. Multi-day rentals available on request.
• Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies and is returned in full upon undamaged return.
• Damage policy: Normal event wear is included. Tears, stains beyond cleaning, or lost frame components are billed at replacement cost.
• Cancellations: Full refund up to 14 days before your event; 50% refund 7–13 days out; deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
